Elle peut \u00eatre utile \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards. Tout d\u2019abord, d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9conomique, l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une <strong>presse \u00e0 injecter<\/strong> permettra grandement de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts. Comparativement \u00e0 d\u2019autres m\u00e9thodes, la production de pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 l\u2019aide de cette <a title=\"machine sp\u00e9ciale\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cim-atlantique.com\/en\/design-of-special-machines\/\">machine<\/a> est assez \u00e9conomique. Toutefois, il est important de noter que les avantages seront effectifs seulement si vous produisez une tr\u00e8s grande quantit\u00e9 de pi\u00e8ces (plusieurs centaines au moins).<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il y a l\u2019utilit\u00e9 technique. En effet, la presse \u00e0 injecter vous permettra d\u2019obtenir <strong>des pi\u00e8ces sans aucun d\u00e9faut<\/strong>. Les surfaces seront parfaites sans que vous ayez recours \u00e0 des retouches. The main ones are :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the nozzle,<\/li>\n<li>the worm screw,<\/li>\n<li>evacuation system,<\/li>\n<li>the feed hopper,<\/li>\n<li>the closing mechanism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There&#8217;s also the mobile tray, the heating collar and the fixed tray. They are initially in granular form. They are then transferred to the injection unit. The plastic is then melted by the high heat. After melting, it is moved into the injection barrel by means of the auger. The latter is also used to feed liquid plastic into the mold.<\/p>\n<p>This stage is divided into two distinct phases: the<strong>dynamic injection<\/strong> stage and the maintenance stage. The material is first moved into the cavities in the mold. It is within the latter that it solidifies following prior cooling. As soon as the temperature is low and the material has solidified (the parts are formed), the ejectors on the injection molding machine take over the task of ejecting it. At the same time, the material has to be moved from the hopper to the auger in preparation for the next injection.<\/p>\n<p>When the parts are removed from the machine, the moving part closes over the fixed part. This is a two-stage process: a design phase, followed by tool production.<\/p>\n<h3>The study phase<\/h3>\n<p>It includes an analysis stage, during which the drawings of the parts to be obtained are studied. The study is based on a number of criteria: undercuts, closures, joint planes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The second stage is the realization phase, during which the <strong>design of the tooling<\/strong> needed to achieve the objectives is created. It is based on the defined specifications.<\/p>\n<h3>Tooling production phase<\/h3>\n<p>During this phase, the mould to be used is made. It can be made of aluminum or even steel. At the same time, various tooling tests are carried out. Nous maitrisons donc les diff\u00e9rents types de standards de communication et de c\u00e2blage (EUROMAP) propres \u00e0 un grand nombre de <strong>fabricants de presse \u00e0 injecter<\/strong>. Nous maitrisons parfaitement les diff\u00e9rents probl\u00e8mes de communication associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ce genre d\u2019int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019optimiser les temps de mise au point sur site, nous avons l\u2019habitude de d\u00e9velopper des petits boitiers \u00e9lectriques permettant de valider, en amont de l\u2019installation du <a title=\"robotique industrielle\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cim-atlantique.com\/en\/industrial-robotics-integration\/\">robot industriel<\/a>, la communication avec la presse. Les robots 6 axes am\u00e8nent une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 et souplesse que les robots cart\u00e9siens, usuellement utilis\u00e9s dans ce genre d\u2019application. On peut plus facilement envisager d\u2019ajouter des actions de contr\u00f4le, de parach\u00e8vement ou d\u2019assemblage directement en pied de presse. Nous avons, par exemple, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un <strong>ilot robotis\u00e9<\/strong> permettant le d\u00e9chargement de boites de d\u00e9rivation, l\u2019emmanchement des couvercles sur les boites par le biais du robot et un taraudage des boites par une t\u00eate SOMEX. Les boites sont ensuite \u00e9tiquet\u00e9es en ligne et \u00e9vacu\u00e9es en vrac apr\u00e8s filmage.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons aussi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un <strong>ilot robotis\u00e9<\/strong> permettant le transfert et l\u2019assemblage de conduits par soudure \u00e0 rotation et soudure US.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019un des autres savoir-faire de CIM ATLANTIQUE r\u00e9side dans le <strong>transfert robotis\u00e9 de pi\u00e8ces<\/strong> pour processus de surmoulage. Par exemple, l\u2019un de nos derniers projets consistait dans le surmoulage de chapeau en plastiques avec un transpondeur dans une coque plastique. Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une <a title=\"ilot robotis\u00e9\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cim-atlantique.com\/en\/robot-island-for-loading-and-unloading-components\/\">machine avec 2 robots STAUBLI TS260<\/a> qui assurait le chargement des chapeaux et des transpondeurs dans une presse avec plateau horizontal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box
